The email you receive from your therapist may include a message asking for you to provide your consent for the vitrual consult (request for consent is at the discretion of your therapist).
If you are asked to provide consent, first click 'Review the consent form attached to this consult' and read the consent form.
Once you have read the consent form, if you agree, click 'Yes, I give my consent'.
You can also review the consent form by signing in to Embodia and going to the consult page.
Click 'Review consent form'.
The consent form will open, and you will be able to click 'Yes, I give my consent'.
You will not be able to open the Telerehab consult if you do not consent. If you have questions about the consent form, contact your therapist directly.
