In this lesson, we will go over the additional billing settings available to your clinic.
To manage your scheduling settings, click on General settings under My clinic > Scheduling settings in the top bar:
Send an email when a clinic admin schedules a consult
By default, Embodia does not send an email to the practitioner when a consult is scheduled by the clinic admin. You can opt-in to receiving an email by checking "Email the practitioner when a consult is scheduled by the clinic admin" checkbox.
Enable double booking
By default, Embodia does not allow a practitioner to be double booked. You can override this behaviour by checking the "Enable double booking" checkbox. Please note that, at any given time, you can have at most 2 concurrent consults.
